Theme Design Contest

The current theme on the site has run its course. I have been making small modifications to it over the years to keep it up and running. However, I am getting tired of the generic website look so I have decided to hold a theme template design contest where the desudesu0.com users can create the site in the image that they think would look best. Basically, you would create a custom theme for the site that will make the site look more unique and be more functional.

Here are some guidelines:
1) The theme must be a clean and well written ORIGINAL work (do not steal from others)
2) It must use low server resources; nothing too flashy or over the top
3) Custom graphics/buttons are preferred
4) It must have a function for quoting comments
5) The sidebar must be on the right side
6) The theme must have an original header
7) The theme must be fixed-width
8) You must be talented at creating wordpress themes (This goes without saying?)
9) Be creative
*I may periodically change these guidelines*

PS: This site relies on user input and feedback to make any progress so if nobody submits anything, or doesn’t follow the guidelines, this site will wither and die.
