Judging by the Fact alone, that such normal Porn is having the Charactrs story-wise underage, does also make those Porn-Actors, -Producers, -Scriptwriters, -Directors etc. automatically guilty in the same way. This guy did break the law, so the judge HAD to convict him. Since he's actually harmless, he got only the minimum sentence, which is 2 weeks in jail. Now imagine a judge who needed to prove that he was "tough on crime" had gotten the case. Of course, it's little comfort for the convict, since everyone else is gonna break out the torches and pitchforks upon finding out that he once thought dirty thoughts (which, due to the sex offender's registry, they probably will) Even if you think the laws are too strict, you can't fault the judge for applying them as written.
