Here’s a new release, courtesy of Shade5005. Believe it or not, it’s actually a Full Metal Alchemist doujin (characters from the manga and the new FMA animu, apparently. I’ve only watched the old FMA animu, so I had no idea). Story goes that said Chinese dude has to learn the ways of having sex, and through magical plot devices, he gets to do it with his virgin childhood friend (who apparently must put on a mask whenever she does stuff for whatever reason):
